II.Scope
These General Terms of Sale apply to all product sales concluded between The Apothicarium and any customer through lapothicarium.fr. They prevail over any other document unless expressly agreed otherwise.
III.Products
The products offered are food supplements in functional drink or powder form. They do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Medical advice is recommended in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, ongoing treatment or known medical condition.
IV.Availability
Offers and prices are valid while visible on the website and subject to stock availability. Limited editions may end at any time when stock is exhausted.
V.Orders and payment
The customer selects products, validates the cart, accepts the Terms and pays through a secure payment provider. The Apothicarium does not store banking data.
VI.Prices
Prices are displayed in euros including taxes. Shipping fees are shown before final order confirmation.
VII.Delivery
At launch, delivery is planned for mainland France. Delivery methods, fees and estimated times are displayed during checkout. The Apothicarium is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.
VIII.Withdrawal right
Consumers have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from receipt of the order, except for products opened or unsealed after delivery for hygiene and health-protection reasons.
IX.Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted if products are intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
X.Liability
The Apothicarium is not liable for inappropriate use of products or for effects linked to use contrary to product instructions, precautions or contraindications.
XI.Personal data
Personal data is processed for order management and commercial communications where consent has been given. See the Privacy Policy.
XII.Intellectual property
All site content is protected and belongs to The Apothicarium or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
XIII.Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Consumer mediation may be available under French law.
XIV.Complaints
Complaints should be sent to contact@lapothicarium.fr or to the registered office within 14 days of receiving the order.
